Smooth Chip Shop Style Curry Sauce, Suitable for Coeliacs or those with a wheat intolerance.
INGREDIENTS: Modified Starch (Maize), Spices (including Mustard), Sugar, Salt, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Onion Powder, Tomato Powder, Palm Oil, Garlic Powder, Yeast Extract (Yeast, Salt), Flavouring, Chilli Powder

HOW TO MAKE:
Mix 60 grams of curry sauce mix with 500ml of water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes whilst stirring continuously. This 500g bag of Glu-2-Go Curry Sauce will make over 4 litres.
Make a batch of curry sauce, allow to cool and put into plastic tubs, seal and freeze (kept for 3 months). Simple cook from frozen, heating gently on the hob or microwave until piping hot, add chicken, prawns, vegetables or simply pour over crispy hot chips, enjoy!
